How to Avoid the Linking Error
Why you always facing linking error when you sign up on Synergy Website? Have you click on the right button ? Here are the 3 important button you need to differentiate:1. Member log in - Where you already sign up
2. Existing user with no log in - This is for those EXISTING MEMBER who used to log in to old Pulse using member ID and password. You need to link your existing account to the new website (New Pulse) by signing up with an email. Once you have sign up with an email, you'll be using the email and new password to log in to PULSE in the future.
3. New Enrolment - Register a New Member
For existing member who have not sign up your account on New website , please log in to https://www.synergyworldwide.com/existing/link to complete your account linking.
