It’s a modern metropolis where skyscrapers soared with the utmost pride and futuristic subways commuting in an efficient and timely manner. Relentless and indefatigable, the city is constantly on the move. With its unyielding determination, the city is advancing to unprecedented heights.

And that’s the spirit our team from Malaysia felt as they joined more than 5,000 Team Members from all across Asia to celebrate the success and advancement Synergy has had in 2016. Held in the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium, it was undoubtedly an eye-opening experience for our team.

The venue was overflowing with great excitement and passion, as we witnessed Team Members from Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines and Malaysia cheering with joy and exhilaration.

One of the many highlights was being up-close and personal with Synergy’s Triple Presidential Executives, an extraordinary new achievement by not one but 3 influential Team Members – Hwang Han Tae, Yoon Tae from Korea and Mark Comer from the States. It was a historic moment for Synergy and all Team Members. Other highlights include our Talent Show, Dance Party, new product launches and the star-studded Recognition event!

Representing Malaysia on stage were Team Director Lee Fong Keen and Leong Chee Kwong. They were amongst the recognised Team Members who have achieved remarkable accomplish ments in Synergy. In the midst of all the excitement and glorious times, Korea also offered us a unique food experience. From authentic Korean BBQ, Ginseng Chicken Soup, and many more, we were in for a mind-blowing gastronomical affair.

The excitement continued as Synergy announced brand new ranges of products. From the TRULUM Skincare Series and the MicroBiome Series, it was an inspirational moment for all Synergy Team Members. Ultimately, we were treated to a special tour to Synery WorldWide Korea HQ.

And that’s not all. We also visited the GyeongBokGung Palace, the main royal palace of the Joseon dynasty. Located at the northern part of Seoul, it offered a unique blend of modern and ancient architectural structure and design. It stood out distinctively, showcasing Korea’s iconic cultures and rich history. Fascinated by the sights of these majestic spectacles and sceneries, our trip to Seoul was truly an unforgettable one.

SEVEN NEW EXECUTIVES IN ASIA!

Tuesday, November 08, 2016

Synergy Asia is turning heads again, adding seven new executive leaders to their ranks. Asia’s momentum continues to build as they anticipate a number of exciting new developments that will be introduced in the near future. Learn a little bit more about the leaders behind these new executive titles:

PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE

Kamphol Preechasirichok, Thailand

Kamphol joined the network marketing industry with the intention of finding success and worked for eight years in various companies without reaching his goals. Then he found Synergy WorldWide.

In January 2012, Kamphol was introduced to Synergy by Triple Presidential Executive Yun Tae Hwang who taught him about the Eagles System, which Kamphol now believes has the power to make dreams come true around the world.

“My time with Synergy has been the best time in my career so far,” Kamphol said. “My life has changed tremendously. Now, I truly understand what it means to achieve something great.”

EMERALD EXECUTIVES

Koko K.K., Japan

Koko is a Synergy pioneer who started working to build Synergy Japan even before the market’s Grand Opening. Through all of the ups and downs, Koko has put her best foot forward to make Synergy Japan thrive. Since Koko joined Synergy in 2003, she has been consistent in explaining the importance of good health and the quality of Synergy products in detail.

Kouichi Yanaoka, Japan

Kouichi became a Synergy WorldWide executive at age 26. This achievement was made possible by his strong belief in the Leave a Legacy philosophy, which he embodies through organizing charitable events involving thousands of people.

During his school years, Kouichi traveled to dozens of cities in Japan and found that problematic social issues existed in this highly sophisticated nation. He decided to develop the necessary talents to help resolve these issues by studying education and human resource development.

Today, Kouichi holds seminars and meetings full of young people in their 20s and 30s. Attendees idolize Kouichi and often express their desires to be just like him.

Ir Erfiansyah, Indonesia

Before joining Synergy, Erfiansyah was working with another network marketing company for eight years where he built a large team, won awards, and was considered one of the company’s top leaders.

When his business began to falter, Erfiansyah started looking for a new network marketing company that had four important attributes: strength, quality products, a proven business system, and an interesting marketing strategy. He found these attributes in Synergy WorldWide.

“I love network marketing because it gives me a great opportunity to develop my leadership and entrepreneurial skills and helps me focus on self-improvement,” Erfiansyah said. “In this business I meet great, inspiring people from many social and educational backgrounds who share my dreams: financial freedom and a healthy life.”

Arucha Srimaratana, Thailand

Arucha, a 27-year-old Thailand native, joined Synergy in 2014 and has since found that the Eagles System can work for anyone, no matter their age or experience. She is living proof. Despite being relatively young and having little experience in business, she is realizing her dreams through Synergy.

“I am extremely grateful of my meaningful career with Synergy,” Arucha said. “I am thankful to be a part of Eagles System, a system that can change anyone’s business for the better.”

Raised by a hard-working and inspirational mother, Arucha is grateful to be able to give back to the woman who spent her life giving everything she had to her family.

“It’s not about who we think we are, but it’s about what we can achieve and who we can become,” Arucha said. “As long as we still believe, a miracle may be just around the corner.”

PEARL EXECUTIVES

In addition to gaining a new Presidential Executive and new Emerald Executive, Synergy Thailand is proud to announce two new Pearl Executives! Congratulations, to U aye and Yan Yee Lint and Tossapol Jangpanichkul for reaching this impressive milestone in your legacies with Synergy WorldWide.

NEW DIAMOND EXECUTIVE: BART WOODCOOK

Friday, October 14, 2016

Congratulations to Synergy’s newest Diamond Executive Bart Woodcook!

Prior to becoming one of Synergy’s top leaders, Bart spent long hours building custom closets in the Seattle, Wash., area. It was during this time that he learned how important time and sacrifice are to achieving success.

Since his closet-building days, Bart has found that the lessons he learned in this trade helped him become successful in the network marketing. Keeping a network marketing business alive requires tireless work ethic, unwavering dedication to a team, and sustained passion for a company’s products, all of which describe the way Bart ran his business in Washington. When Bart started his Synergy business, applying these principles was seamless because he found the right company to support.

Bart is a major contributor to Synergy’s overall success and his organization has been instrumental to Synergy Europe’s explosive growth over the years. During his hectic and exciting early years with Synergy, Bart traveled from his home in Buckley, Wash., to various locations throughout Europe to grow and support the business. The constant back and forth between Europe and the U.S. led Bart to purchase his dream home in Spain to be closer to his team. It is because of Bart’s relentless dedication that he has obtained the title of Diamond Executive and is one step away from becoming Synergy’s next Presidential Executive.

Synergy executives cherish their relationship with Bart and believe he greatly benefits the company as a global leader. His business is built on principles of trust, honesty, and mutual respect, and his passion for Synergy shines through every time he introduces its opportunities to someone new.

PERFECT YOUR PRESENTATION IN 3 STEPS

Thursday, August 25, 2016

Network marketers are presentation gurus. Well, some of them. The life of a network marketing business often relies on the networker’s ability to proficiently explain and sell a company’s message. Network marketing presentations are often accompanied by—you guessed it—PowerPoint, but few networkers understand how to correctly apply design principles for a clean and sophisticated finished product.

To better prepare a sleek presentation that packs a punch, look to these quick tips:

#1. Text

PowerPoint should be used as a tool that aids in portraying a verbal message. The PowerPoint itself should not do the portraying. Limit each slide in your presentation to about 5 words; the words you select should encompass the topic you are diving into. There are very few instances that you should you be reading text seen on your slide. The goal is to have your audience view each slide for no more than a few seconds and focus the majority of their attention on you.

It’s also important to be careful with fonts. Stay away from tacky fonts like Comic Sans and opt for a clean, professional, sans serif font, such as Arial. Use no more than three text colors in a single PowerPoint to keep the theme and design connecting smoothly.

#2. Images

Choose interesting, high-quality visuals to captivate the audience. Stretched, distorted, and blurry images quickly turn what would be a good presentation into an unprofessional presentation. If the image file size is too small to fill the slide completely without becoming blurry, find a different image. Use a free stock image site, such as Pexels.com or filter your Google image search to only include large file sizes. Include a maximum of two images per slide. The most successful presentations often feature only one full-screen image. It’s also important to make sure you choose relevant images that complement your topic. For instance, if you are talking about goal-setting, you could select a high-quality image of a notepad and pencil.

#3. Design

Design encompasses the way that images and text coincide and complement each other. Do this right and you’ll create slides that are easy on the eyes and easy to follow. Start by learning the four design principles:

Contrast: Put simply, avoid similar elements (type, color, size, line thickness, shape, space) and instead, make them different. For example, using white text on a dark background shows contrast.

Alignment: The contents on every slide of your presentation should be placed with purpose. Proper alignment should visually connect other elements on the slide. Aligned elements will visually appear as though they are connected by an invisible line.

Repetition: Repeating design elements is a great way to create visual themes. Try repeating colors, textures, shapes, line thickness, etc. Doing this develops organization and unity.

Proximity: If two or more items are related to each other, group them close together to create one visual unit rather than several distinct separate units. This will create visual organization.

Remember, the more prepared you are, the more likely you are to create a presentation you’re proud of. Do it right once, and you will benefit from reusing your dynamite PowerPoint again and again. Ultimately, following these simple PowerPoint guidelines could improve how others perceive you and your business offering.
