New Size Scoop, Same Great Formula
Some of you may have noticed a very little change within your ProArgi-9+
containers. Don't be alarmed! The scoop hiding inside has been slightly
shrunk, and if you look closer (really close... like with a
microscope) you will see that there has been one other change made as
well: each particle of ProArgi-9+ is now slightly smaller than before!Why the change? The great minds on our world-class Quality Assurance Team have chosen to manufacture ProArgi-9+ into smaller particles so that it's more mixable, and so that it more smoothly pours out of the single-serving packets. Smaller particles need a smaller scoop, therefore the old 14.7cc scoop has been replaced with the new 13cc scoop.
The ingredients have not changed and the formula is as potent and powerful as ever. The servings are carefully calculated to work with optimal efficacy in the average consumer. The weight of each unit is the same... but the new scoop and new particle sizes are just two more parts of ProArgi-9+ worth being excited about.

Diamond Executive Emerges in Europe
Hakan Cetin, one of Synergy Europe’s
most influential leaders, has taken has business one step closer to
Presidential Executive and is Central Europe’s first-ever Diamond
Executive.
Just
as Hakan was deciding to end his career in network marketing for good,
his friend and sponsor William Martin was calling him again and again to
share the Synergy WorldWide opportunity. Hakan finally listened to
William’s proposition the sixth time he called and was intrigued by what
William had to say. Upon learning about Synergy's stability and strong
partnership with Nature's Sunshine, he decided to activate. One week
after becoming a Synergy distributor, Hakan flew to the U.S. to meet his
upline and sit down with Synergy Founder Dan Higginson.
“This meeting changed my life!” Hakan said. “I’m so thankful that
William Martin gave me the opportunities he did. It has meant so much to
me. Dan Higginson embodies the type of person that I admire.”
Hakan said he knew from his first week as a Team Member that Synergy
WorldWide was special; that is was a company that could stand the test
of time because of its values, philosophy and, of course, the amazing
products. Hakan started a daily ProArgi-9+ regimen seven years ago and
feels younger now than he has "in over a decade." Seeing the impact
Synergy products have in not only his life, but the lives of those he
shares them with makes life fulfilling. Each new testimonial he hears

Hakan

He thanks everyone in his network for helping him to this new level of success. He also credits his wife who is his biggest supporter for helping him achieve his goals and dreams. Though William Martin passed away in 2014, Hakan remembers him often and thinks about the drastic difference this man made in his life and the lives of thousands more.
“If you love what you do and believe in it, just keep going!” Hakan said. “If you have a strategy and a strong team behind you with the same goals, then success is only a matter of time.”
Hakan’s most recent goals have been far exceeded, he said, and he is very proud of the team in Central Europe overall which had 159 rank advancements in October 2014, including two Pearl Executives. His long-term goal is to help 10 people reach absolute financial freedom by December of 2016.
"Life has phases of failure and success," Hakan said, "so don’t just throw in the towel when life is difficult. A better day is coming soon. Focus on strengthening your weaknesses rather than increasing the amount in your bank account and you will find that your income grows as you grow."

Synergy-sponsored cyclist breaks UCI record
Mathias Brändle, a 24-year-old professional cyclist from Austria who is a member of the Synergy-sponsored team IAM Cycling, beat a Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) record by cycling 51.852 km in one hour. This distance beat cyclist Jens Voigt’s previous record by .742 km.
Brändle conquered his goal in front of 900 spectators on the World Cycling Center’s 200-meter track in Aigle, Switzerland. He said the crowd’s support helped him keep his eye on the finish and never lose focus.
“The closer the hour comes, the easier it is, because you know it is coming to an end and you can handle the pain,” Brändle said. “First, I was sure with 30 minutes that I could do it, but then I had a difficult period. I hoped I could recover, and in the end it was enough. I’m really happy about it.”
This unbelievable fete is a true testament of the caliber of athletes Synergy WorldWide is sponsoring. Athletes like Brändle trust Synergy products and rely on them to perform at the level Brändle displayed during his record-breaking ride.
In an interview with Synergy Scandinavia’s General Manager Bengt Emanuelsson, Brändle said he values what ProArgi-9+ has done for his health and fitness in all aspects of cycling, but is especially pleased with the way it has helped his performance in races.

New Medical & Scientific Advisory Board Member
The addition of Dr. Kim to our Medical and Scientific Advisory Board “will help drive our product development strategy of leveraging science-based intellectual property to solve mega-trend health problems," said Gregory L. Probert, Chairman and CEO of Synergy/NSP. "We believe that Dr. Kim's vast research in the field of metabolic dysfunction will allow him to be a terrific asset in terms of our product development. We're excited about this partnership and look forward to the expertise that he brings to our company."
Dr. Matt Tripp, Synergy/NSP's Chief Scientific Officer, added, “Dr. Kim's extensive research background and knowledge will be of great value in helping guide us to new discoveries and innovations."
Dr. Kim's accomplishments are many. In 2010, he was honored by the President of the Republic of Korea, Ministry of Health and Welfare. Earlier that year, he was named the “Scientist of the Month” by the Ministry of Science and Education. He also received the Best Pharmacologist Award from the Korean Society of Pharmacology in 2008, among other honors. Dr. Kim has been published in peer reviewed journals more than 200 times. He has personally trained in his lab over 100 graduate students pursuing masters, doctoral and post-doctoral degrees.
Dr. Kim currently serves as Vice Director of the Research Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea. He is also the Director of the Innovative Drug Research Center for Metabolic and Inflammatory Disease (IDRC) at Seoul National University and maintains a professorship in the College of Pharmacy at the university. In addition, he sits on the Toxicology Advisory Board for the Korean Food and Drug Administration. Previously, he served as the Director of the Institute of Laboratory Animal Resources and as the Associate Dean of the College of Pharmacy, both in Seoul.
Dr. Kim earned his Ph.D. from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. He earned both his master's degree in Pharmacology and his bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea.
"I'm thrilled to team up with Nature's Sunshine Products and accept a position on their Medical and Scientific Advisory Board," Kim said. "I'm eager to share my research in metabolic dysfunction and know that it can play an integral role in the development of cutting-edge products that can help improve the lives of millions of people across the globe."

ProArgi-9+ Wins Prestigious Award in Poland
In April of this year, a distinguished body
of Poland's top health and medical professionals gathered for an annual program
known as the Golden Otis Award Ceremony. At this ceremony, Mr. Radek
Baszynski, Synergy WorldWide's General Manager of Poland & Czech Republic,
accepted the Golden Otis Award of Trust on behalf of our company.
The Golden Otis organization honored Synergy with
this award in recognition of ProArgi-9+ as a quality product, highly trusted by
polled professionals, consumers and patients across Poland. The science and
effectiveness of ProArgi-9+ was declared by this organization to be not-only
trusted, but also "needed" by men and women around the world.

A Tribute to William Martin, 1969-2014
William Martin, an exemplary leader, co-worker and friend, passed away after bravely fighting a long battle with cancer. Will was Synergy WorldWide’s first-ever Presidential in Europe, and was instrumental in making Synergy Europe the flourishing market it is today.
During his 10 years with Synergy WorldWide, Will blessed countless lives with his work ethic, humor and remarkable kindness. His life was the epitome of Synergy’s mission to Leave a Legacy. He truly left a legacy to his loved ones and the entire Synergy family, a legacy that will be remembered and replicated for decades to come.
“There is nobody in Synergy that left a more incredible example of what it means to Leave a Legacy,” said Synergy founder Dan Higginson, a close friend to Will. “You smiled, you brightened everybody’s day. You taught people how to believe and believe in themselves. You taught people how to overcome challenges … you’re an incredible individual that taught people how to live like they were dying.”
Will is highly regarded by Synergy executives, Synergy leaders and distributors all over the world as not only a friend, but a mentor. He understood the importance of goals and dreams, and taught everyone around him to aim for their highest ambitions.

• Team Director: Personally sponsor one (paid as)
• Team Elite: Personally sponsor one (paid as) Team Leader for 2 points or two (paid as) Team Leaders for 3 points
• Pearl Executive: Personally sponsor one (paid as) Team Leader for 3 points or two (paid as) Team Leaders for 4 points
Remember, points roll over from year to year, so you may have already started accumulating points toward the 2015 Retreat.
New Legacy Retreat Alumni Qualifications
If you have already attended a Legacy Retreat, you have the opportunity to re-qualify to join us in 2015. Legacy Retreat alumni qualifications may be met in one of three ways:
• Rank advance to a new executive level (Pearl and above) for the first time
• OR maintain your highest pin title at or above Pearl for 3 out of 12 months for first-time requalification, then adding an additional month each requalifying year – maxing out at 10 out of 12 months.
• OR for Double Presidential and above, maintain highest pin title 3 out of 12 months or maintain Presidential pin title 3 out of 12 months for first time requalification, then adding an additional month each requalifying year – maxing out at 10 out of 12 months.
Note: All re-qualifying alumni, regardless of how many times you have attended Legacy Retreat in the past, will need to maintain their highest pin title 4 out of 12 times to qualify for 2015. Double Presidential Executives can still qualify by maintaining their highest title 3 out of 12 months or by maintaining the Presidential pin title 4 out of 12 months.
The qualification and re-qualification time period is between January 1 and December 31 of each year.
NEW Legacy Retreat Elite VIP Package
Available only to Presidential Executives and above, Synergy’s VIP package elevates the Legacy Retreat experience from unique to extraordinary.
Qualified leaders will receive business class airfare, an upgraded suite for the duration of their Legacy Retreat stay, limo airport transfers, gifts, and an exclusive VIP dinner experience with Synergy’s executive team.
To qualify, the following criteria must be met during the qualification period:
• Achieve a new rank of Presidential or above for the first time

Million Dollar Club Welcomes Newest Member
Last Friday, as part of the 2014 Business
Builder Conference, a spectacular Recognition Evening was held in honor of
the many Team Members who achieved new ranks and levels of success. The crowd
was treated to a night of entertainment and inspiration while many men and women
took the stage to pick up awards and receive the ovation each of them
deserve.

Member Corrine BrandiHolding a bouquet of flowers, standing along Synergy North America's top earners, Pearl Executive Corrine Brandi declared "I never set out to make a million dollars."
Regardless of what her initial goals may have been, Corrine is now the newest member of Synergy's Million Dollar Club!
Those who know Corrine know that her goals are more
focused on helping others, sharing a positive opportunity and leaving a legacy
of health.As a resident of the beautiful Cape Cod Massachusetts, Corrine plays a strong, valuable leadership role for Team Members on the East Coast and abroad. On top of that, Corrine was also recognized later in the evening as one of the top charitable contributors to the 5 Star Legacy Foundation for children in need.

Dan Vs. Dan Finale!
Three months ago, Synergy Founder Dan
Higginson challenged one of his closest friends to a healthy weight-loss competition. That close friend is Dan
Norman, President of Synergy WorldWide. The two Dans shook hands and put
$1000 on the line to motivate each other to drop fat using the SLMsmart Health Shake.
Each Dan started at over 250 pounds. Each faced a busy
schedule filled with travel, business lunches andopportunities to eat large amounts of food. Within the 90 day challenge period, neither Dan H. nor Dan N. starved himself. Neither adhered to a super-detailed, ultra-strict diet plan. Neither worked with a personal trainer.
At the end of the 90 days, the two Dans lost a combined 82 pounds!
The Winner
In front of over 300 Business Builder Conference
attendees, each Dan removed his shoes and suit coat to step on the scale at the
center of the stage. With a starting weight of 258 and a final weight of 214,
Dan Higginson was declared the Official Winner of the Dan Vs. Dan Smart Switch
Challenge!Congratulations to Mr. Higginson, who lost a total of 44 pounds in 90 days!
Though Dan Norman may have lost the bet, he was all smiles as the scale showed that he had gone from 266 to 228, a total weight loss of 38 pounds. Right there on the conference stage, he took ten $100 bills from his pocket and placed them in Dan Higginson's hand, one by one.
That money didn't stay in his hand for long. In fact,
it was soon shared with several people that were called from the crowd to join
Dan and Dan on stage. These people were the top participants in the Smart Switch Challenge. They had regularly submitted challenge
forms online and shared their progress with Synergy as they replaced meals with
Health Shake.
Mike Kentrolis had lost over 65 pounds! Steve Eastman
has lost 90 so far! Jill Carlson began the challenge in April and had lost 43.5
pounds! Sandra Vincent lost 28, and Kalynn Smestad (who wow'ed the BBC crowd
with a beautiful vocal solo) has lost 35 so far! Dan Higginson handed each of
them $200 dollars from his winnings to thank them for sharing their
