Synergy Singapore Sponsors Kiyah-Splashh! Dragon Boat Team

Saturday, November 24, 2012

Wilson Ng Cheng Teck has been using ProArgi-9 Plus Active since he joined Synergy WorldWide in early January. As an active dragon boat enthusiast, he rowed with Kiyah-Splashh! Dragon Boat team and mentioned to his fellow teammates the unique benefits that this product can bring. He also recommended them to use ProArgi-9 Plus Active to enhance their performance at one of their major competitions—The PA Paddle Championship, 2012.

Organized by the People’s Association (PA), this annual large-scale event welcomes participants from Singapore’s Grassroots Organizations as well as the their various networks. The People’s Association is one of the statutory boards in Singapore.

Going beyond their boundaries
With younger and stronger rivals taking part in the contest, Kiyah-Splashh! is facing a huge challenge from their competitors. The team, which consists of both senior and young rowers, had undergone rigorous trainings to boost their stamina in the physical sport of dragon boating. The team also decided to adopt Wilson’s advice by taking ProArgi-9 Plus Active during their training sessions, to explore if this product can help push them beyond their boundaries.

On the day of competition, the team managed to outdo their stronger opponents with the help of ProArgi-9 Plus Active, scoring a silver medal in the hard-tough grand final. As the team celebrates their roaring success, they are very much grateful to Wilson and Synergy WorldWide Singapore.

One of the members in Kiyah-Splashh! is particularly fond of this product. As the team’s pacing rower, Jonathan Heng said ProArgi-9 Plus Active gave him the extra boost he needed to help the team clinch silver in the competition. "Drinking ProArgi-9 Plus Active gave me the last push, allowing me to exert enough energy to inch the front rival from second to third place by just 0.01 of a second in the final race," he exclaimed.

Encouraged by this commendable result, the team is now geared up to take on even tougher competitions with the help of this winning formula!

Better heart, better health
In conjunction with this event, Synergy Singapore and distributors set up booths to increase awareness among the local public about the importance of general physical health as well as the Synergy WorldWide brand. Participants were given free Liquid Chlorophyll samples.

Distributors also took the opportunity to introduce other products such as Maximum Protein, e9, Omega-3, NutriBurst, etc. Synergy foresees greater partnership possibilities in future to raise awareness of Synergy and our heart healthy products in Singapore.

About Kiyah-Splashh!
Kiyah-Splashh! is an independent, non-profit organisation which embodies the synergistic merger of 2 experienced dragonboat teams in Singapore, "Kiyah!" and "Splashh!".

Tracing its roots back to 1993, the team comprised mostly former rowers from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Dragonboat Team as well as the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Dragonboat Team. Over time, the team had evolved to maintain a neutral policy in its recruitment drive, welcoming any interested new rower to join the team.

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
