Slight change to enrollment screen on corporate website

Hello everyone,

We would like to give you a quick heads up on a slight change we’re making to the enrollment screen on the corporate websites.

We’ve received a lot of Team Member feedback about people not seeing all the enrollment options because they have to scroll down, so we’ve realigned the options to make them all visible without scrolling. I’ve included a screenshot below.

Updates to Synergy WorldWide

Synergy WorldWide has added some new features to its public website (www.synergyworldwide.com) and the backoffice website (Synergy Pulse) this week, and we wanted to be sure you knew about them. Starting this week, when anyone from any country visits www.synergyworldwide.com for the first time, they will be asked to select their market (see below). Their web browser will then remember their location for future visits to the site.


After selecting your country, you can still visit the websites for other Synergy markets using the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the page.

  • You’ll now see our most recent blog posts in the bottom-center of the page.
  • Testimonial page featuring testimonials from all South East Asian markets.

Highest Quality Ingredients

Our quality begins with our ingredients. Each supplier is pre-screened, their processes are tested, and they must send samples of ingredients for us to test so we can make sure their tests match ours.

Each supplier is given the required specifications for the raw materials we want. Once accepted, vendors are constantly under review: we track performance and provide them with monthly feedback on timeliness, rejections, responsiveness, and anything else that may affect their ability to supply high quality ingredients.

In addition, we regularly audit our vendors. Each year we personally visit the facilities of our suppliers and perform an on-site audit.We have dozens of suppliers and rotate through them, visiting 40–50 sites per year.

Even though we work closely with our suppliers, we sometimes find that a batch of raw materials doesn’t meet our standards. When this happens, the materials are rejected and sent back to the supplier at their cost.We annually reject about five percent of the raw materials we receive.
